Coconut Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 tablespoons water
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups icing sugar
    1/2 cup instant dry milk powder
    3 cups shredded coconut
Preparation
    melt butter in a pot.
    add water and vanilla.
    mix icing sugar and instant milk.
    add to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well.
    stir in coconut.
    drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
    let stand for ten minutes.
    melt chocolate chips.
    swirl 1 teaspoon on top of each one.
    let harden.
