Orange Cream Mimosa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
    1 whole orange, zest of
    1 cup half-and-half cream
    1 (8 ounce) bottle asti spumante sparkling wine or (8 ounce) bottle champagne
    1 cup superfine sugar
    strawberry (to garnish)
Preparation
    Mix all together, pour into either a champagne or wine glass.
    Garnish with Strawberries.
    Enjoy.
