My Huge-Mongous Pumpkin Smoothie (Healthy, Low Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1/2 cup low-fat soymilk (I use 8th Contintent Light Soymilk) or 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk (I use 8th Contintent Light Soymilk)
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
    1/2 cup cold water
    3 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (make this to taste, its a personal preferece)
    1 tablespoon hot water
    6 -8 ice cubes
Preparation
    Dissolve your sweetner of choice in one tablespoon of hot water.
    Add all ingredients except the ice to the blender.
    Whiz it a couple of times and then add the ice.
    Blend on highest setting until ice is completely crushed.
