Iced Benedictine Coffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups brewed very strong coffee, double strength
4 teaspoons sugar
4 ounces benedictine (a brandy liqueur)
1/2 cup half-and-half
Preparation

Mix brewed coffee and sugar in a 2 quart pitcher.
Refrigerate and chill thoroughly.
Add Benedictine and half and half, stirring well.
Pour over ice, in tall glasses, and serve.
