Banana Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups boiling water
2 bananas, mashed
1 banana, cut in half and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Mix the sugar and the cornstarch. Add boiling water gradually, stirring constantly. Cook, over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Add mashed bananas, mix thoroughly. Add banana slices and butter.
Serve hot.
