Cottage Cheese German Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon instant minced onion (or more of fresh)
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Preparation

Put 1/4 of the cottage cheese into a wire strainer, & with a spoon press the cottage cheese through the strainer into a bowl, proceed until you have pressed all of the cottage cheese through the strainer.
Add your herbs & spices.
Let set covered in the refrigerator for an hour or two or until the caraway seeds have softened.
Use as you like.
