Jamaican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/4 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 (250 g) pork chops
1 papaya, red peeled and diced
1 red chili, seeded and finely chopped
1 lime, peeled, finely copped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 cup coriander leaves
Preparation

Combine the paprika, thyme, cumin, allspice and half of oil in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over pork chops. Cover and stand for 30 mins to marinate.
Place the papaya , chilli lime flesh and juice, extra oil sesame oil and sugar in a bowl and stir until sugr dissolves. Stir through coriander leaves and sent aside.
Heat a chargrill on high heat. Brush with remaining oil. Cook pork to your liking. Rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with papaya salsa.
