Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
2 tablespoons water
2 cups pecans
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation

Beat the egg white with water.
Stir in the pecans until wet.
In separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt and spices.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and mix thoroughly.
Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0F 30 minutes.
