Milk Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup water
    2/3 cup shortening
    1 cup sugar
    2/3 cup butter
    1 egg
    1 cup flour
    3/8 cup coconut
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Slowly blend in wet ingredients.
    Knead for 2 min and let sit for 30 minute Roll out and cut into squares.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350 for 20 min until golden and crisp.
    Let cool.
