Healthier Oatmeal Apple Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium apples, peeled, cored and shredded (about 4 Cups)
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup prune juice
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups oatmeal
4 cups flour
2 cups raisins
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoons on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes in 350 degree oven.
