Carrot Cake Protein Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup banana
1/2 cup baby carrots, whole
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
whey protein powder, 1 serving (vanilla or unflavored)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (use more if using unflavored protein)
6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon stevia
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash ground cloves
2 -3 walnuts, chopped, for garnish (optional)
3 -4 ice cubes
Preparation

Place all ingredients except walnuts in blender.
Garnish with chopped walnuts.
