Honey Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup natural bran
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/3 cup butter
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 egg
    1 cup flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Soak bran in buttermilk while preparing the rest.
    Cream butter and brown sugar, beat in honey and egg.
    Add bran and buttermilk.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add dry ingredients to wet and stir just until moistened.
    Bake 15-20 minutes.
