Pcos Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves
2 lbs organic grass-fed ground beef
3 tomatoes, whole peeled and chopped
4 cups red kidney beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 1/4 cups corn
Preparation

Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Use a large pot over medium heat, and wait until the onion turns translucent.
Add the ground beef and stir until it's browned.
Gently stir in the tomatoes, beans and spices. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Mix in the corn and continue to cook the chili for another 15 minutes.
