Baby Blue Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces Baby Spinach
    1 cup blueberries, washed
    1/2 cup sliced vidalia onion, use any sweet onion
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    4 ounces crumbled gorgonzola, use favorite blue cheese
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 -2 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon tarragon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss together the baby spinach, blueberries, onions, almonds, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
    In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, dijon, sugar, tarragon and salt.
    Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
    Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
    Serve.
