Easy Creme Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    2 cups heavy cream
    1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
    1/3 cup brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks with cream and white sugar.
    Heat in a waterbath until mixture starts to thicken.
    Pour into 6 small dishes/rammekins.
    Sprinkle brown sugar on top and carmellize with a high power torch.
