Yumurtali Ekmek (Savory Turkish "French" Toast) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice rye bread
1 egg
1/4 ounce feta cheese (Sliced)
olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation

Beat egg in bowl.
Cover bread on both sides with egg.
Place bread in skillet until lightly browned.
Place bread on plate.
Drizzle olive oil over bread.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve with a slice of Feta Cheese.
