Sunny Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding
    1 (15 ounce) can chunk pineapple
    1 (12 ounce) can mandarin oranges
    2 -3 peeled and sliced bananas
    1 pint sliced strawberry
    2 -3 peeled and sliced kiwi fruits
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges. Reserve 1 cup pineapple juice.
    Mix lemon pudding with the pineapple juice and pour over pineapple and mandarin oranges; mix well.
    Prior to serving, mix in sliced bananas, sliced strawberries and sliced kiwi fruit.
