Gremolata Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons capers, roughly chopped (optional)
1 lb pasta, to serve
parmesan cheese, to serve
Preparation

Mix together the garlic, parsley, lemon zest, olive oil and capers. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and toss in the gremolata. Serve with a little freshly grated parmesan cheese.
