Ingredients
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon dry red wine
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
    Marinate meat overnight.
    Double or triple the recipe as needed, depending on how much meat you have.
