Easy Imitation Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
    1 1/2 cups cooked rice, cooled
    4 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine imitation crabmeat, rice, and eggs in a large bowl.
    Stir in mayonnaise. If salad seems dry add more mayo.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
