Honey Bagoong Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken wings
    1/4 cup bagoong, alamang or 1/4 cup shrimp sauce
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    cooking oil
    Glaze
    1/4 cup honey
    2 teaspoons bagoong, alamang or 2 teaspoons shrimp sauce
    1 tablespoon water
Preparation
    Marinate wings in a mixture of shrimp sauce and honey, at least 30 minutes, but longer is preferred.
    To make the glaze, cook honey, shrimp sauce and water until syrupy.
    Coat the wings in flour and shake off excess; fry 8-10 minutes in hot oil, then drain on paper toweling.
    Drizzle with syrup.
