Basil Lemon Gremolata Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon, zest of
    2 cups packed basil leaves
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine zest, basil, garlic and salt and pulse until finely chopped.
    Slowly add oil and process until smooth.
