Granny'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb ground pork
    1/2 lb ground beef
    1/4 lb veal
    1 egg
    1/4 cup ricotta cheese
    2 sauteed garlic cloves
    salt and pepper
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil and garlic in a bowl. Add the olive oil and garlic in a small sauce pan and heat. Roll the ingredient mixture into 1 to 2 inch balls, place them in a large frying pan and cook until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
    Heat your favorite Spagehetti sauce in a separate saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Slowly stir in meatballs and simmer until heated throughout. Serve over noodles.
