Teriyaki Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (160 g) salmon fillets
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon ginger, minced
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Preparation
    Mix all wet ingredients and marinate salmon for half to one hour. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Serve with vegetables/salad of your choice.
