Creamy Buffalo Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets
4 ounces lowfat neufchatel cheese
1 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Grill chicken in grill pan over medium high heat (chicken does not need to be cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side).
Meanwhile mix cream cheese, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese and the buffalo sauce.
Once grillmarks are on both sides of the chicken, place in 9x13 inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Divide cheese mixture and spread mixture over each chicken breast.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake until cheese is bubbly and chicken is cooked through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
