Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup water
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3 teaspoons ketchup
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 teaspoon orange extract (found near the vanilla)
    1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces.
    In one dish, put 2 eggs with a dash of salt. In another put flour with one teaspoon garlic powder.
    Coat the chicken in the egg, then the flour.
    Brown the chicken in olive oil in a skillet.
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together to form the sauce.
    Put chicken in a casserole dish. Put half the sauce over and cook for 15 minutes.
    Flip and put remaining sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.
    Serve over white rice.
