Mock Boursin Au Poivre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 teaspoon caraway seed
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    1 teaspoon chopped chives
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese with garlic, caraway, basil, dill weed and chives.
    Pat into round, flat shape.
    Roll generously on all sides in lemon pepper.
    NOTE: This is better if you make it a few days ahead.
    It tastes a lot like French Boursin au Poivre.
