Confetti Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon mustard
    1 scallion, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 lb lump crabmeat, precooked
    1 small red bell pepper, diced small
    8 large lettuce leaves
    1 small yellow bell pepper, diced small
    1 avocado, peeled & diced (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, scallions, all the herbs, salt & pepper until blended.
    Fold in crabmeat, then the bell peppers (& avocado, if using).
    Season with additional salt & pepper, if needed.
    Lay 2 lettuce leaves on each of 4 salad plates & divide the crab salad accordingly ~ Enjoy!
