Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -2 lb beef bottom round steak
    4 tablespoons flour
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    3 garlic cloves (chopped or pressed)
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 package dry beefy onion soup
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (diced)
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 lb mushroom (sliced)
Preparation
    layer ingredients in crock pot except mushrooms.
    cook on low 4 hours
    add mushrooms.
    cook 2 more hrs or until meat reaches desired tenderness.
