Sausage Peach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork sausage
    2 tablespoons minced onions
    2 cups ground croutons
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (29 ounce) can canned peach halves
Preparation
    Combine sausage, onion, crouton crumbs, salt and egg.
    Form into 8 balls.
    Arrange peach halves, cut side up in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with cloves. Place sausage ball in each.
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
    Bate with pan juices while baking.
    Drain off fat.
