High-Protein Blueberry Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup blueberries
    1 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup firm silken tofu
    1/4 cup nonfat protein powder
    3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Preparation
    Combine blueberries,milk,tofu,Splenda and Vanilla in blender and blend until smooth.
    Add ice and blend well.
