Ingredients

2 cups beets, cooked
sauce
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
Preparation

in saucepan cook flour and butter
stir until smooth
add slowly vinegar and sugar
stir until smooth
and thick
cook a few minutes then pour over beets
cover let stand few minutes before serving.
