Mom'S Seasoned Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian bread
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1/2\" thick slices, spread with butter.
    Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with spices (and Parmesan) and place under broiler until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
