White Chocolate Lemon Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 ounces white chocolate, chopped
    7 ounces cream cheese, softened
    3 cups icing sugar
    1/4 teaspoon lemon oil
Preparation
    In microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate.
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, beating well. Mix in lemon oil, stirring well.
    Add melted chocolate, beating only until smooth. Spread into prepared pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
