Green Bean Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Slaw
    1/2 lb green beans, frenched (sometimes shaved with a peeler, or just cut lengthways)
    1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
    2 radishes, sliced very thin
    1/4 cup kalamata olive, chopped
    Dressing
    1/2 cup feta, crumbled (try blue for a change or your favorite)
    3 tablespoons lemon juice (go wild and go lime)
    kosher salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Wisk all the dressing ingredients in a bowl large enough for everything.
    Throw all the slaw ingredients in a bowl and toss.
    Enjoy.
