Yellow Beets With Orange Juice And Sherry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb yellow beet
    2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
    2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook beets until tender.
    Cool, peel and slice beets.
    Toss with sherry vinegar and orange juice concentrate. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
