Black Bean & Chorizo Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

31 ounces black beans (drained and rinsed)
8 ounces chorizo sausage (diced)
2 carrots (peeled and diced)
1 onion (diced)
2 celery (diced)
2 cups low sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1/2 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 6-7 hours.
Serve with desired toppings.
