Greek Style Watermelon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups watermelon, cut in cubes
2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup pitted kalamata olive, chopped
1/3 cup feta cheese
chopped parsley and mint
olive oil
red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation
