Granny'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked rice
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 cup milk
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup margarine
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Meringues
    1/4 cup sugar
    vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450.
    Beat yolks of eggs. Add other ingredients except for egg whites. Mix well.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
    Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla until peaks form.
    Add to baked pudding and brown under broiler.
