Blueberry Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/3 cups flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/2 cups blueberries, rinsed
    STRUESEL
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 cup butter
Preparation
    In a bowl cream sugar and butter.
    Add egg and milk.
    In a bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to cream mixture.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    FOR STREUSEL: Add sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over muffins.
    Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
