Pulled Pork With A Kick! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs boneless pork rib roast
    750 ml pepperoncini peppers
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    4 -6 hoagie rolls
Preparation
    Place roast, chopped onion & the entire jar (including the liquid) of peppers in a crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 6 hours (or until the meat will easily shred with a fork).
    Empty most of the liquid and shred everything.
    Add your favorite bbq sauce (I suggested 1/2 cup but it could use more if you prefer). Mix & continue to cook for 1/2hr or so.
    Serve on hoagies. *Could top with coleslaw or cheese but I like it as is.
