Sweet Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups flour, sifted
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1 1/2 cups heavy cream
    4 tablespoons water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450.
    Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder and place in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in the cream with a fork, just until the flour is moistened.
    Add water, if necessary, to get the proper consistency.
    Knead on a lightly floured surface, about 10 times.
    Roll out 3/4 inch thick.
    Cut with a small floured cutter.
    Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from oven and serve immediately.
