Chinese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon oil
    2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
    4 cups water
    1 garlic clove
    2 (80 g) packages ramen noodles
    2 tablespoons sherry wine
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1/2 cup green onion
Preparation
    Fry mushrooms, and garlic in oil.
    Add water and the flavour packs from the instant noodles. Bring to a boil.
    Add the noodles. Simmer 3 minutes.
    Add onions and your choice of any garnishes.
