Crockette Chicken In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 chicken thighs
    salt and pepper
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    hot cooked rice or hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Season the thighs with salt and pepper. Place in a 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 quart crockette. Combine the wine, mushroom soup, and mushroom slices and pour over.
    Cover crockette and cook on LO heat for 4-6 hours. Do not overcook. Serve with rice or noodles.
