8 ounces smoked ham, cubed
6 egg yolks
1 cup sour cream
1/4 lb gruyere cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Preparation

Press pastry dough into baking pan.

Combine egg yolks, sour cream, ham, and cheese. Pour over dough, like a pizza.
