Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, steamed and broken into florets
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, plus
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Arrange florets in a baking dish.
    Heat skillet. Add oil and butter.
    When butter is melted, add garlic and saute until garlic is tender.
    Add bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese. Toss well.
    Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over florets.
    Top with 1 tablespoon grated cheese.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
