Ingredients
    2 large whole wheat pita bread
    4 small plums, sliced
    2 cups low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup of fresh mint, chopped
    8 slices turkey ham
Preparation
    Split pitas.
    Fill evenly with ingredients listed above.
    Cut in half and serve.
