Lena'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    for every pound meat (mixture of beef, pork and or or turkey)
    1 handful Italian breadcrumbs
    2 handfuls pecorino cheese
    1 egg
    salt & pepper
    garlic powder (about 1 tsp.)
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350. Put foil on a cookie sheet and bake meatballs about 15 minutes. Turn balls over, scooping rendered fat to the side, and bake 15 minutes more.
    Add to sauce to heat through.
