Low-Fat Oatmeal Raisin Date Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup white sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup oil
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup water
    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 cups rolled oats
    3/4 cup raisins
    3/4 cup chopped dates
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Cream sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
    Add water and beat on low speed until well mixed.
    Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
    Fold in oatmeal, raisins and dates.
    Stir until blended.
    Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Flatten slightly with a fork.
    Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
