Sautéed Candied Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs red cabbage, shredded
4 ounces raspberry red wine vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup mandarin orange
1 cup apple juice
Preparation

Place cabbage and vinegar in saute pan. Cover and steam 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar and apple juice. Stir.
Add oranges and serve.
